Dr. Tobin, is CEO and Founder, “Synergy Global Health Foundation, Inc.” 501.C.3; CEO, “Tobin Biomedical Consultants, LLC”; and is Founder, “Well With The World™” Video Healthcare Group. He has 25 years of Medical School administrative, research, clinical, and educational experience as Professor Nutrition Science, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Dr. Tobin was Founding Chair, Department of Biomedical Sciences at UofSC Medical School, Greenville SC. and served as Associate Dean for Medical Education and Founding Chair Dept of Medical Education at The Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, El Paso TX. Dr. Tobin and colleagues have founded three “New Generation” AAMC medical schools, including Mercer University School of Medicine, Savannah GA.
